I think recruitment has gained a very prominent position, but the fresh graduates and MBA holders get the same amount of salary,i mean atleast there should be some distinction.

I agree, I am getting ready to get my MBA, however I will graduate with very little experience. I am concerned I will be limiting my job pool!

Does anyone know of any companies hiring recent MBAs for positions NOT in sales?
