I have 10 years in HVAC, fairly well rounded resume. Yet at the the
age of 54 I can't even get an interview. All the companies are using
computer services to filter resumes and I suspect that the age and the
fact that I am a female excludes many openings. Ihave just returned from an
18 month stint in Iraq with KBR (not recommended).
Are there any suggestions out there other than union flag wavers (had
a bad experience with them)
It seems that I may have to change course at this stage, just would like
to know what happened to the jobs????
