I have a lennox forced air furnace common vented with a natural draft hot water tank water tank is a rheem ph40s-40 i am in buffalo new york. the vent cap has calcium build up on the vent cap. the induce draft motor on the furnace has calcium build up arraound the vent termination and rust forming around the the gasket i am certain this sould not be common vented can anyone help
