I'm a hairstylist that's been practicing for 19 years and I'm so use to keeping my clients' numbers in a phone book but with technology moving as fast as it is, I've learned to just keep them in my cell phone and palm pilot. However, for me, I keep damaging my phones with water and I lose all my data. It's so hard to replace all my client's numbers and addresses when I mess up my phones that I keep a little black book anyway just for backup. I use to keep it all on my puter but I had one to crash on me before and I lost everything then too. My luck is bad with the new age of things so I continue to use the old school method. My kids laugh but I say "better to be safe than sorry" |

I write it in a book and will enter it when I have a few, but that isnt very often |

Keeping a little black book is a good idea, but I have to enter client's in my smart phone because they call and I constantly forget who people are. Also try saving their info to ur e-mail contact list. My phone automatically does it when I enter a new contact. |
