Do some companies pay a lot more for this position than others? What does a top earner make in this field?

What skills should you learn to increase your salary?

It really varies when it comes to this. In the Central Valley of Cal. their is a HUGE HUGE need for public/community, Clinics and Inpatient Education. I know several of us working up and down the Valley and when it comes to Salary it can start as low as $12hr, as you gain a bit of experience you can easily get into $15-$17, an hour. Now I've been in it for about 6 years and Im a top earner at about $32hr. $65-70K a year.
