What are the top 3 traits or skills every healthcare recruiter must have to excel?

I believe one has to have at least the following traits:

+ Passion for helping others - people person
+ Integrity
+ Remain on top of your industry knowledge & trends

I am in Healthcare, and ALL the above are essential, especially the last one for the Healthcare Industry with Health Care Reform. I just started a few months ago in Healthcare Consulting & Recruitment by creating my own LLC Company. It’s not easy, but if you remain focused and ensure you keep the above in mind, you will be successful.
