Most HelpDesk Manager make between $45000 and $70000.

Well there are not really any specific questions that we can give you. One thing you can do to prepare for the interview is to look over the position requirements and try to create questions that you think they might ask you based on the job requirements. I'm sure they will ask you about SLA's, creating policies, employee management, etc.

I'm at $75k/annual and I just started this position 6 months ago. I manage 12 help desk techs.
