Hi. I have a prescreen for the following position. What can I tell them that will WOW them? I have a B.S. in IT/Multimedia and Visual Communications but not the technical end....and I have no experience outside of my classes. Please help!! "If you enjoy helping people make technology work for them, this is the job for you. The focus of this position is to support the College of XXXXX faculty, staff and students in their use of computers and telecommunications technology. You will be specifically responsible for the initial contact and troubleshooting of computer hardware and software used at the College. Primary duties include; answering the Technology Support Center Help line, support email and monitoring the ticketing system for new requests. If escalation of the problem is required, you must record accurate information which will result in a speedy resolution." |
