Best Certificates to take for employment and advancement

Hi

I have completed a certificate program covering A+ Network + Server 2005 and like to know what are the best certificate test to take to get a job.

I heard A+ is not really valuable any more but it seems employers are still looking for this. Is it one I should take.

What about other to allow me to grow and get better positions. I am interested in network and wireless.
I am also interested in Video and server that handle these applications. I have experience with Final Cut and video editing software. Are there any study and take that would help with this.

Which Apple certifications would help get work also.
