Hi

Looking for information on the best certification test to take the will help in getting a job.
I have completed training on A+ Network + Microsoft systems and linux (MCSE certificate Program) include Server 2003/2005 Active directory and email servers
I have a background in Manfacuturing and manufacturing computer engineering and customer service skills.

I heard A+ is not worth to take these days but many companies still looking for it. Is it worth to taking to get a foot in the door?

Are there any others I should consider I am interested in Networks and video server applications ? I am familiar with FInal Cut and editing software.

Is there a book/tuturials to update me on Windows 7 and new features?

Is it worth it to get MAC certifictions as well? If so which ones? Can you recommend any good studie guides
