How did you get your start doing historian work, and what career moves did you make to get to your current position?

Ok so I took this test to help me determine what I would be good at in the future. Well historian was one of them. I thought well thats really interesting because I love art, history and whatever goes with it. I was just wondering what else come with the job, as what do you do? What kind of money do you earn? How do you become a historian?
