The only thing I could say is to check each agency to find out how much each one pays. Hourly rate comment here gave a lot of comapnies pay.

hi i went to a free hhc class best choice i did the 3 week class the pay was only850 ahr i known where ican get 10.00 hr /their won;nt give me my cerification their said i must work for them for 3 month what do i do

According to the department of health(the people that issue the HHA certificate). After successful completion of the training. You are entitled to your certificate after 5 business days. That 3month thing is probably just to keep people from leaving quickly to go to a higher paying company. It is a free class. So they just want to get their money back, from training you.
