I live in Astoria, New York, and i am looking for free class to get the certificate for home attendant or home health aide, i have worked in the past and have experience of over 10 years, but my patient died, I work for this person for 8 years, and its lately its been difficult to find a job, its over 5 months and I don't find job, can you help me, thank you.

I am currentley looking for free home health care classes in my area. My daughter did it in Asbury Park for free and it took her 6 months and now she doing private duty getting paid 900.00 a week thats good money she goes in at 6 p-7a its long hours but the money talks with me i have to children well at least they are all in the last 20s so Im ready now

Well now its time for me to comment about de job situation, so far I am jobless for more than 9 months, so far I have only one cleaning job every week and one every other week, I been to HHA agencies, but they pay to little not enough for me or anybody to survive in this economy, even with more than 10 years experience and good references, nobody hire me, its bad times, hang in there. For sure I know God is my provider.
