I am hearing at least at my agency they give u 7.25 an hour make u work for 600 hrs or 5 months which ever u get first and then drop your hours so you can't get 1199! I see this as maybe being a way that these agencies will do to get away with raising the hourly rate and providing 1199.
I read somewhere that the pay increase could be only for 1199 numbers, so if the don't give u enough hours you can't join 1199 and that equals no 3/2012 increase for you. Am I wrong?

What do my fellow HHA's think?
