Need to know if there are any real difference between managing a large hotel over a small hotel

He Michael,

Depending on what your idea of small vs. large is, you can expect that the smaller the hotel is, the more "hands on" the management team needs to be. To remain profitable, a hotel cannot afford to hire multiple levels of management in a smaller establishment. There is simply less people to do the work.
