"Unemployed Housekeeper"

I've been looking for a job for the past 10 months. I'm from Michigan a state with the highest unemployment rate in the nation. I've never been out of work this long. And I've been looking for work on the internet trying to find some housekeeping jobs in the state of Florida because every job I've applied for here in Michigan not one employer has responded. I was wrongfully fired from the housekeeping job I had last year. I'm a good worker who works hard, like working with people,and working as a team member, doesn't mind working over time and gets along with people. But it seems since I've been fired these employers treat me as if I've committed a crime. No one wants to give me a chance, so thats why I'm trying my options on the internet to look for jobs in Florida. If anybody from Florida is reading this,I would really appreciate it if they know of any places in Florida (specifically in Ocala, Gainsville, or Jacksonville) that need housekeepers. I would truly appreciate it.

Lady, I live in Florida - and I have been unemployed (as a legal assistant) for fourteen months. And I have three college degrees.

Wow you been out of work longer than me . That goes to show that jobs are getting harder to find even with degrees

I have been unemployed for 15 months,I got layed off from my last job.I use to work as a receptionist at one of the local tax offices,they told me and other receptionists that they couldn't afford to pay us so they had to let us go.I have been looking for work since I got layed off and so far I have found nothing.

Also it is good to know that I am not alone,,I don't think people understand how hard it is now to find work even with a college degree.I'm trying hard not to give up on trying,keep your head up guys,I know that it is alot easier said than done but don't get discouraged.
