Hi, I'm looking for advise on the types of positions out there that, after a 20yr career in the Automotive field at the corporate level, holding 3 technical positions, the last was 10yrs as the Senior Support Specialist for the PC based diagnostic, information, and software download tool used in all of our retailer service shops would be approachable beyond an "Entry Level" label.
