The best training to become an IT auditor is on-the-job training in conducting IT audit itself. =) Big4 audit firms do give out technical training to equip their auditors prior to fieldwork, though this may entail you to sign a contract to stay.

Aspiring IT auditors may learn more of IT Auditing when they read and study CISA Manual. This is used by IT Auditors aspiring to be certified in this profession.
