Is there way to start out working overseas in Germany as an Imagery Analyst? If so where do I start?

I work at an IA in Germany at Ramstein, AB. The biggest thing is the TESA agreement with the German govt.(spelling might be off). It pretty much means you have to prove to the Germans that another German can't fill the role you'll be filling. First start looking for openings with companies like L3.
If you have the experience and education, you'll do fine.
