What is the best training for becoming an industrial electrician? What types of ongoing training or certifications are necessary to be an effective industrial electrician?

Pass your masters test first, then get some plc and allen bradley training they are the leading edge in the industry. You should find a job at that point for twenty or better. From that point you will be working for a company that will be glad to send you to more schools and increse your knowledge and also your pay.
