I have recently graduated from Ohio University with a BS in IT (Industrial Technology) and I am finding it extremely difficult to get hired in the Cincinnati area.

I have been on many interviews and second interviews and still no luck. I have resumes posted on many websites (monster, careerbuilder, craigslist)and have contacted recruiters. I am looking for any info on companies or steps I should take to get hired in my field.

I currently work full time and feel I should be getting paid a little more than $9.50 an hour with a BS degree.
