Senior IE Out of Job

I'm a senior IE that has been out of steady employment for about 2 years despite having an MS IE and MBA. I've worked with Boeing for 14+ years and really need to find something ASAP. Monster and etc seem to be dry nowadays. I'm in the Philadelphia area and was hoping to find a job anywhere. My experience is in Aerospace; however, I've worked in the automobile industry, consumer industry (lighting fixtures) and I'm confident I can implement the same principles in any industry, i.e. healthcare. Does anyone know of companies that are looking for a senior IE with management experience and lean expertise? Any leads? Thanks!
