I am really close to getting my degree, but unfortunatly i have realized that even tho i find I.E very interesting, it is not my passion. And being a very shy person i dont think i would be cut out for managment witch i think goes with I.E

what i really like are chemistry and physics. I was wondering what graduate programs i could choose that would get me more into that path.

If chemistry and physics is what you like, then a degree in Chemical Engineering might be a good choice for you. You would not have to start from scratch, because your general engineering (I would assume)course will count toward any other degree in engineering. That said, industrial engineering is closely related to management, but it does not mean you have to become a manager per se. In fact, you can build a career without ever have to consider to be a manager.
