Do some companies pay a lot more for this position than others? What does a top earner make in this field?

What skills should you learn to increase your salary?

To get a NCCER Certification you need to know SSPC to pass the Test + more.

You have to know SSPC www.sspc.org/certification/ to become a NACE!
Who going to pay for it certification. You are your Employer/Program?
If it your Employer/Program you would have to work 2 to 3 years at $21 hr just ot pay it off! and you have to pay for the yearly updates too!
To Make the good $$$ you need to pay for the NACE-I and II Schooling your self!
when you get your NACE-I and II @ PaintSquare is were QC AC jobs are posted!
www.paintsquare.com/careercenter/career_home.cfm << for NACE and Blaster/Panter Jobs
