Know full lifecycle ISD. Specialize in FEA (task analysis, solution design, evaluation). Learn about blended learning, OD, and change management. ASTD, ISPI, and PMI...be well rounded. And get some subject matter expertise in an industry...many industries still have tunnel vision. They think you have to be a SME to be good in ISD. have subject matter expertise makes you more marketable. |
