I'm looking for a new job/career because I'm laid off. I own my own house and I have bills to pay. I have an offer from Banker's Insurance and I want to know if it's the right thing for me. I don't have sales experience. I don't seem to get direct answers from them. Can anybody help?

How hard is it to get started?
What is the success rate for new agents?
How much time do new agents have to put in?
Do I strictly have to cold call people?
Do they terminate you for lack of sales success?
Anything else I should know?
