What do you enjoy most about being an insurance verifier? What do you dislike the most? Is it challenging? Are there many opportunities to learn and advance?

I enjoy the variety of plans, the different benefits for each plan are challenging, no to mention the new more complex insurance plans. Opportunities are always there. One just have to be able to identify them and learn as much as possible.

What keeps you at your job?

I learn new things everyday, its lighter duty than other jobs.
It requires thinking and clear communication skills. I have both. :) And am not afraid to use them.
