Hello. I'm very interested in becoming a Science, Technology, and Weapons Analyst and have a few questions regarding the job. First. Will having lived outside the United States (even though I'm a born citizen) exclude me from being hired by the CIA as an analyst? In layman's terms, what is the usual day to day of a STW Analyst? I've read numerous articles and job descriptions but really don't have a good feel for what the job actually entails and would really appreciate more insight into the job. I'm a Biology major with a Creative Writing minor and have been working as an educator for two years. Are there particular skills that I should highlight from those areas in an application? Should non-job related skills be included on an application (enjoys logic puzzles, self taught in electronics and programming, communicates difficult ideas succinctly and understandably, etc)? Thank you very much for taking the time to read/answer this. |
