Do all these defense companies pay a premium for doing shift work?

Was looking through indeed.com at intel analyst jobs and similar occupations like humint,sigint,etc. Some of these jobs are listing that you have to do shift work which consists of working weekends and/or working at night. My question is do these companies all pay you a little extra for working unorthodox hours and also what is the average EXTRA pay you will receive added onto your main salary?
