Inactive Clearance

I was an enlisted intelligence analyst with the army, and I left just over two years ago to finish my BA degree. I had a TS/SCI clearance, but it has been inactive for over 24 months. The SSBI that the clearance was based on is still "current" until May 2011.

So the question is, how badly will having an inactive clearance hurt my job prospects with intelligence contractors?

I have:
2 years of "significant" experience
B.A. International Affairs
