I received a bachelor's degree in Intelligence and National Security in 2010, but I have so far been unable to find a job in the IC. I'm thinking of going back to school for Computer Science, Information Technology, or Computer Forensics. The local community college in my area offers a certificate in Computer Forensics, but I'd like to get some opinions on whether this would be beneficial. I don't want to waste my time, and I'm wondering if I would be better off going for another bachelor's, or if the certificate would be enough. Thank you in advance.

A certificate will help. I have 3. But what I'm generally seeing is that taking the test to become a CFE (Certified Forensics Examiner) is what orgs are looking for now. Regardless, entry level examiners are not starting out making a lot of dough. You really have to bite the bullet and get into a decent org and work your way up.
