What kind of jobs should I be searching for if I'm looking for humint-like jobs that don't deploy? Thanks a lot.

It depends on your clearance. If you are working with a TS, you can easily find work either working with a civilian agency or law enforcement. Otherwise, you'll probably find yourself in collections management of analysis.

If you are working with Secret, your best bests are probably still law enforcement or being an instructor somewhere. This is of course assuming you have prior military HUMINT experience.
