Its been very diffiuclt to find an employer in the Buffalo, NY area that will interview a new graduate right out of college with less than 2 years of experience. I am curious to know if other design majors have their masters degrees or years of experience and have landed jobs paying over 30,000/year. My focus is advertising,multi media design and graphic design. Any suggestions or comments would be welcomed
