Lookingfor information,farmland to lease in Ohio

This may be an incorrect place to ask a question of Battelle personnel, but my son has acreage in Southern Ohio and homes are going all around and wants to sell. Should he try to lease (which he does, should he ask more per acreage)
because of ethanol.

He is not greedy, but after 20 years, wants to do something with the land to earn money. He has about 96 acres near local town.

Any thoughts on this would help. He would like to see something good come to the land, besides housing. Is it possible to do this and earn money at same time.
