Here's the Problem. I have no formal analysis training, no MBA and am 40. I've been trading FX and grain options since college. I do have a BS Math with GPA 3.6 from a top 20 school, but I'm not sure how relevant that is anymore. I definitely feel the need to take my career in an interesting and challenging direction, with a more interpersonal role. How can I pull this off? Any solutions?
