Hi. Going to give a bid on cleaning a matte acid finish concrete floor. Client only wants the floors deep cleaned and not refinished. We have done strip and refinish jobs and VCT but never concrete. Is steam cleaner the best way to go instead of burnishing due to the matte finish? Thanks for any help.
