I WORK FOR A YMCA I DO JANITORIAL I LIKE MY JOB AND THE MEMBERS AND STAFF. THE PROBLEM IS THE MONEY. I WORK MY BUTT OFF AND GET PAID VERY LITTLE, AND ONLY WORK PART TIME. I KNOW THEY CAN PUT ON FULL TIME AND GIVE US MORE ON THE HOUR. WHEN WE DO HAVE MEETINGS, WERE ALWAYS TOLD WE CAN'T AFFORD TO GIVE YOU RAISES RIGHT NOW BECAUSE IT;S NOT IN THE BUDGET.HERE RECENTLY THEY JUST PUT A FEW STAFF MEMBERS ON FULL TIME, AND I'VE BEEN THERE LONGER THAN THEY HAVE. WHAT CAN I DO?

I have been in jantaril since the 70's they have always paid anough money. Your right I don't what you can do
