Well i would say with the volume of square feet they give you in a year, about 0.17 cents a square feet

Jean, I'm curious as to how you came up with 0.17/sqft. I'm not questioning your quote, I'm actually hoping to come up with a basic formula for figuring these out on my own. Thanks in advance.
