Jobs are most definitely on the rise. I am the Recruiter and Human Development Manager for www.5amsolutions.com and we go through 100+ resumes trying to fill just one opening. There are 1000's of java engineers out there but only about .05% of them are what are considered top tier. I would love to hear from folks who are having success at hiring for this position in the DC/MD Metro area.
