How did you get your start doing kitchen manager work, and what career moves did you make to get to your current position?

Do you need a particular educational background?

I started im my teens at a large family owned restaurant... and then over a 39 years career moved on to establishments that served different cuisines... strictly kosher, major hotels, resorts, cruise ships, five-star dinner houses, chains... everyone of them have much in common but with that you are always seeking to widen your knowledge and creativity.
