What are my chances if I go into the culinary arts field of getting a job as a kitchen manager? I plan on in addition to getting a culinary arts certificate i plan on getting a certificate in business administration. I'm thinking that doing so should get me a leg up as a kitchen manager. I know there are a lot of cooks out there, and I'm sure there is a lot of competition for these jobs, so is it likely that I will be able to get one? How much experience are they generally looking for for these positions? I know this is a little long winded, but any help on the subject would be much appreciated!
