You have the right to work under a vague scope of practice, that facilities will stretch to the maximum. You have the right to know your scope of practice and your educational creditental, and you have the right to say no, I am unable to perform this task it is beyond my scope of practice.

I know but it is the truth.
It's so vague that if you refuse to do something that is assigned to you, it will be a fight to keep your job. UNLESS the facility has specific policy and procedures.
