Laboratory Technician positions are depleting. Nursing Department once or should I say thrice in my career, has move out the laboratory techinican in the clinic and hospital and bring in non experienced or training individuals.

I'm pretty sure they are going to rise. Lots of articles I've recently read indicate a shortage of lab techs which means hospitals and clincs are going to want to hire more lab techs.
