I want to get into this field. I'm trying to determine if I should go to Jeff State for an A.S. or UAB for the B.A. If I go to Jeff State first, are there any labs that would employ me as a technician while I attend UAB to obtain the B.S.?

It would be more beneficial for you to go and get your B.S. I have my B.S and I have more opprotunities to advance in my career than my co-workers who have a A.S.
I also make more money.While you are obtaining your B.S some labs may hire you to work when you start your clinical rotations.
