In regards felony convictions and background checks, when asked "HOW MANY YEARS CLEAR?" what are the rules for counting the years?

The reality of the truth is, that the can pretty much do what they want in the eyes of the law. Is it discrimination. Yes, it is at the highest level. But, if we unite as a whole and take our fight to the State Capital We can express our freedom of speech. We have rights. So lets use them and not deny them...
