How do you get a positive response from an interview panel that they understand or do not understand about your job experience?

What added questions or comments, should a interviewee, should ask or comment on in addition to the panels questions. When asked " Do you have any more to add or do you have any questions of us? "

I know this is an old post but its been my experiance that most HR people dont have a friggin clue about what we do. When you tell them what you can do they give you the deer in the head lights look.
