My suggestion is to get linked up with apartment owners, I mean how many apartments are there that you see...I found out that there are directories online that you can put yourself on that these apartment owners and managers have access to. There are only a few but the one I chose to go with was www.american-apartment-owners-association.org/
It will give you constant work and they could refer you for more jobs. Good luck
