You would think that with all the hotels going up in San Antonio that ther would be equal hiring for all but, this is not the case. The majority of the hotel jobs still go to the Hispanic sector, many of which have limited or no English and have no previous experience in hotel work. Nobody can convince me that my foruteen years experience is not good enough! Nor can I be convinced that no blacks apply for these jobs or that they don't have enough experience. Anybody care to explain?
