What I love most about being a Learning Consultant is that I get to explore new and exiting new options of development with my customers. When I work with an organization that wants to get better at their business the first thing I want to understand is how the people in that organization go about learning. As a Learning Consultant I bring a tool box of ideas and perspective that when allowed to be exercised in the right setting people open a world of possibilities they thought possible. I love it when a workshop attendee or customer says "I love this, I've never had this much fun at work before". This happens when the customer's desire to grow and the employee's ability to learn openly meet at the same time.
