Every leasing consultant has to be aggressive. You most definately connot be afraid to ask for the sale. Also, you must have a great sales presentation. Know your property and your product. When touring a prospect, point out things or amenites that make your property unique and stand out above all the rest, avoid the obvious, "that's the washer and dryer."
